In such cases, an appropriate remedy—including a refund, replacement, store credit, or coupon code—will be provided at our sole discretion.

Taxes, shipping charges, and other applicable fees will be displayed during checkout where applicable.

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase and does not automatically guarantee acceptance.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, We & You Toys will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a bank transfer refund, store credit, gift voucher, or coupon code, at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

Customers may request cancellation of an order under the following conditions:

Prepaid Orders

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within one (1) hour of placing the order and before the order has been dispatched.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Cancellation requests must be made before dispatch by contacting us through WhatsApp or email.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7. Payments

We & You Toys accepts various payment methods made available during checkout, including prepaid payment options and Cash on Delivery (COD), where applicable.

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

  • you are authorized to use the selected payment method;

  • all payment information provided is accurate and complete; and

  • the transaction is lawful and not fraudulent.

Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization for prepaid orders or successful confirmation for eligible COD orders.

If a payment is declined, reversed, disputed, or identified as potentially fraudulent, We & You Toys reserves the right to suspend processing, cancel the order, or restrict future purchases.

In cases where a prepaid payment has been successfully debited but the order cannot be fulfilled, We & You Toys will provide an appropriate remedy, which may include a bank transfer refund, store credit, gift voucher, or coupon code, at our sole discretion and in accordance with applicable law.

We use trusted third-party payment and authentication providers to facilitate secure transactions. We do not store your complete payment card details on our servers.

8. Shipping

Our Shipping Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to our Shipping Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Shipping delays caused by courier companies, natural disasters, government actions, public holidays, weather conditions, technical disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

We currently deliver only within India.

Delivery is made to the shipping address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

We & You Toys shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

9. Customer Accounts

To complete purchases, customers may be required to verify their identity through a secure login or authentication process provided during checkout.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities carried out using your account.

You agree to:

  • provide accurate and up-to-date information;

  • promptly update your account information if it changes;

Where issued, store credits are intended solely for purchases made through We & You Toys.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Store credits are valid for one (1) year from the date of issue.

  • Expired store credits shall automatically lapse and cannot be reinstated except where required by applicable law.

  • Store credits are non-transferable.

  • Store credits cannot be exchanged for cash or withdrawn as cash.

  • Store credits cannot be combined with promotional coupons or discount codes unless expressly permitted by We & You Toys.

  • Store credits may only be redeemed through the customer account to which they were issued.

We & You Toys reserves the right to revoke, suspend, adjust, or cancel store credits that were:

  • issued due to system or administrative errors;

  • obtained through fraudulent or abusive activity;

  • transferred or attempted to be transferred in violation of these Terms; or

  • otherwise used contrary to these Terms.

The issuance of store credits remains entirely at the discretion of We & You Toys unless otherwise required by applicable law.

12. Promotional Offers and Coupons

From time to time, We & You Toys may offer promotional discounts, coupon codes, vouchers, or other marketing incentives.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Coupons have no cash value.

  • Coupons are non-transferable.

  • Coupons may be subject to expiry dates.

  • Only one promotional code may be used per eligible order.

  • Coupons may not be combined with other promotional offers unless specifically permitted.

We reserve the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

Orders involving coupon abuse, manipulation of promotional offers, creation of multiple accounts for promotional purposes, or any other fraudulent activity may be cancelled, and future access to promotions may be restricted.

Our decision regarding the validity and application of promotional offers shall be final.

13. Intellectual Property
